4. Uploaded Content and Deployed Applications

Your uploaded project files and deployed applications are stored on our infrastructure. We access this Content only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., building and deploying your app), to investigate abuse or security issues, or as required by law.

Applications you publish on Niblit.ai are accessible via a public URL. You are responsible for any personal data your deployed application collects from its own users. We are not responsible for how your applications handle user data.

We do not inspect the content of files you upload except for automated security scanning (e.g., malware detection) and compliance checks.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Log data and usage analytics may be retained in aggregate, anonymized form for longer periods for service improvement purposes.
